Hello peeps, before this my GPU would always be at a stable 80 degrees. But now suddenly its going to 83, which might not seem that big of a deal but i'm used to it never going above 80. And even when i turn the fans all the way up to 100, it will still find a way to get to 80+ degrees. One of the fans on my GPU has also started making noise. Which only happens between the 40%-65% speed range on MSI afterburner.
Now while playing Overwatch my game would suddenly completely freeze and a second later i'm in a completely different spot than where i was, or i'm dead.
So i'm incredibly scared that my GPU might be dying.
Especially since a month ago my pc would be relatively quiet. While playing OW my temp would be around 70 ish degrees. And no stuttering or anything. Now it sometimes goes to 85, my fans go crazy and they seemingly only go to 50% by themselves so i have to turn them up manually. And my game stutters and lags.

Hope you guys can give me some advice on what to do. And not just simply say "Buy a new GPU"

Thanks to my illness and morphine use i have major dental issues now. Going for dentures at 25. So i currently do not, at all have any money to spend on a new GPU. And my PC is the only thing that keeps my mind off of the daily pain i have so i'm panicking really, really badly.

Sounds like it's time to try replacing the thermal paste on it and maybe getting some new thermal pads to go with it. Also clean out the cooler while it's off for good measure and your temps should drop back to where they were or even be better depending on the paste you use.
