is there any differences between the sensors of these mice? and what are the differences besides braided cable?

From what I have heard they are the same mouse branded for different regions

Sorry you're right, I thought you were asking the difference between the G102 and G203. The gpro also has the 3366 sensor as opposed to the mercury sensor, although from what i've heard the mercury sensor is good enough that you would not be able to tell a difference
