Best Build under $400?

I already have a Gpu, PSU, HDD, SSD, Case, and Peripherals. So I'm just looking for the best CPU,Motherboard,and Ram under $400. Thanks!

Update - I took a look at the specs on OP's profile and it looks like they already have an EVGA GTX 1060 6GB for their GPU, a Thermaltake 650W PSU, a Phanteks Eclipse P400 case, a WD Blue 500GB HDD and a Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler. 

This should help narrow down the criteria.

dont think that motherboad will work with the 2600.  Needs to be updated, and i dont believe it has a update feature without a processor.

To be honest that's probably going to be the best you'll get for the price range considering you're getting an 8th gen i5 and 16GB of RAM
