The Ryzen 3 2200G is cheaper now, in the US at least. May I ask where you will be buying the parts?

Serbia,i was also looking into pre-built pc's and those would be the specs,so the top one is 150$ more than the bottom one but the bottom one is without gpu and 1050 is what i would be able to get for the money diffrence,i converted eur to usd,and stuff in serbia is more expensive

I see. Get the second one then. Just make sure that the GTX 1050 you're getting will fit in the case, and the power supply is at least 300w.
