I have problem with my headphones... when i plug them intro my laptop every other usb port and other monitor everything turns off.

I already tried switching ports and its not working

Can you clarify...

Does your laptop monitor go off or is it your second monitor that goes off?

Also have you tried updating your drivers for the different ports on your laptop?

What windows do you have?

What Laptop are you using? Make/model?

but now i fixed it headphones's cable was the problem thanks anyways
