Windows Start Trail

I was shutting down my PC when this blue screen poped up and said d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt. I left for three days as I was going on a trip and thought it would resolve it self, it unfortunately didn't and I've tried the three commands you can put in the prompt and the fixboot one said something about the administrator. I'm hoping some knows a fix for it. I don't want to have my hard drive wiped.
