Not really as far as I know. You can try using YouTube Kids but that's only for mobile devices.

There is Restricted Mode but that only blocks things flagged for inappropriate content.

There are perhaps browser extensions out there but I don't know what browser you use so I won't be able to give any recommendations.

 

May I ask why you want to block anime content, however?

I second this. Make a second account, your shouldn't be watching YouTube (or really doing anything Google-related) with the same account because the suggestion algorithm will take everyone's watches into account.
