Stuck on Windows 10 build 10240 (error 0xc 1900200)

Hello everyone :)

basically what the title says. Haven't yet really tried anything, expect unplugged every USB device from the PC and tried updating BIOS with the Asus EZ Flash 2 utility but it says that the "selected file is not a proper BIOS" although I did use a FAT32 usb stick plug it on to the PC and when I went to the BIOS -->Tools --> EZ Flash 2 utility, I can't see my USB stick there. (have tried with two FAT32 USB sticks, two different BIOS files and USB 2.0 and USB 3.0)
I have read for example that replacing the CMOS battery could work. Oh and sorry for not trying more than two fixes. I would first like to have some options what I could do instead of trying multiple things that won't do anything (if that made any sense)

Formatting the SSD (where Windows is installed on) with another PC and then installing Windows again on it with the media creation tool  ain't a problem, I'm not just sure would it be activated again since I don't have a product key, because the motherboard is from a Asus PC, but I just changed the CPU, RAM and GPU and put it in a new case. (would the motherboard still remember the key or something like that?)

PC specs:

i3 6100

GTX 760

8 GB RAM

1 TB HDD

120 GB SSD (Windows)

A motherboard from Asus G11CD

You shouldn't need to update your BIOS to update to Build 17134.

Have you tried downloading the Windows 10 Media Creation tool to upgrade your PC?

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

How much storage space of your 120GB SSD is free?

You need at least 20-30GB free for the installation.

Do you have another Windows 10 PC lying around somewhere?

If so, I'd say backup your files and do a clean install by creating Windows 10 USB using the Media Creation tool if you can.

And then install it on your PC. This should put you in Windows 10 Build 16299. If you lose your Windows 10 activation key from your motherboard, you can call Asus and tell them the situation and that you'd like to know your activation key. They may ask for your device's serial number or refer you to Microsoft.
