Will this work

You're going to miss out on Dual Channel mode, so you wont get the best out of your ram. Try sell the 2 sticks, and look for a 16GB preowned kit.

Ya or get a different cooler that doesn't block them.

Anything besides those tower coolers. Corsair h60 or corsair h100i
