I dont remember the name

I was playing this game I think 2 years ago and i think i would be fun to play agine but i dont remember the name.

The game was about having a militery base in a desart and you had to build oilpumps and military units. It was online so you could attack other players. 

i think it was called something withe R.

 

dos anyone known what game i am thinkig about.
