Yes, two fans on a splitter to one MB fan header and one CPU block pump to MB CPU fan header.

On the manual it looks like it needs 2 fan connectors, 1 for the pump and one for the fans. Is this correct, as in all the pictures it doesn't look like there is a cable coming out of the pump. Also does this AIO have Out-of-box Compatibility because the Cooler Master website says it does, but I just want a 2nd opinion.

Page 16 shows it coming out of the pump

Out of the box compatibility for what? AMD socket AM4? Yes. That's all that means
