Mic picking up Audio from headset

Hello, so I own a HyperX Cloud Alpha, and my microphone picks up audio from the headset, which is really annoying for both my friends, and my stream. 
Like when I am in a discord chat with my friends, and try to watch a video they can hear the video. Or if i listen to spotify. 

(Discord ceritfied btw lul) 


The is not only in Discord, but in every place where I have to talk. Even In game mic. 

I need help asap.
