CPU Ram overclocking

I currently have some Corsair Dominator Platinums ( xmp profile 1 2666mhz xmp profile 2 2800mhz ) I was just wanting too know has anyone got experience when it comes too changing the timings or speeds with the RAM and did you get some free added performance. Cheers everyone ?

nominal performance gains, especially if the CAS keeps creeping up as the RAM speeds increase. cinebench racing maybe..

some have gone to 3200, and again moving from a CAS at slow speeds to higher CAS at high speeds kinda negates the whole exercise.
