HDD Death Imminent?

Hey I am working on this laptop for a buddy and i pulled the hard drive out to see if i could load it up and it wouldnt read it all the way. I managed to format it but it was still having issues. Finally got it to load up and so i checked it in Piriform Defraggler. Im just wondering if this drive is dead, dying or if it is good and just needs some specific formating. Im gonna take a wild guess and say its dying. Pics included of Defraggler.

It's dying, not worth using, unless you want an unstable system and reinstall everything when it actually dies.

Thank you for the Quick reply. that helps me immensely. so now i don't have to waste time trying to work on it xD. glad it wasn't the laptop it was in. lol.
