Problem with my asus vivotab rt

My vivotab dont start to the windows  so i try to do an reset from factory but keeps asking for "recovery image" and i can't find it.

Please help me because is my work computer

While I can't help with the issue, I would recommend that once it is resolved you regularly make a recovery image and flash it to a USB, so that if this happens again you won't have an issue.
