I am at the tail end of a long night of planning and research, and it has come down to this. I need a setup that will stream games without any issue, which of these two builds would you reckon best suites me?

Both are crap. Get one of the builds suggested in your other thread.

In terms of the parts selection.

For the first build. A $120 4-phase board, RAM that should cost $30 less, the worst RX 580 on the market (as in it will kill itself under Furmark, or with any kind of overclock), and an unnecessarily loud PSU.

For the second one. No SSD, 8GB slow RAM, a terrible PSU, and for some reason, a high end motherboard.

I mean, not totally terrible (was a bit of an exaggeration), but those things add up to make them less than good.

:)
