Help me fix this!

I don't really have the money to buy a new monitor nor replacement so, is there a way or a hack that I can use to fix this? It's seemed like a physical damage and have been placed in cold weather. Everything else is working though...

try wet your finger (no dripping water) and smear some water on the blurred area. If it becomes clear, then that's just the surface to the monitor being scratched horribly. you can use some fine sand paper to make the surface more smooth so it looks better.

Is that thing like freezing cold when you got it? Or did you forgot to peel off the protective plastic?

THATS NOT ICE! I guess that's scratches or something. My definition of cold weather = under the air conditioner for long hours everyday.

I would say that the best option would be to buy a used monitor off of craigslist or something for $10-$30.

I guess I can do that but I'm pretty sure there will still be that white thing on the screen (1st pic)

I tried using clear nail polish to fix a scratched phone screen, but that's a risky thing to do and makes the screen glare very noticeable. Not a perfect fix either, but I'm no professional so I didnt have much expectation anyway

Is there any cheap 32" tv that i could buy then for replacement?
