Basically, i dont know what is going on with my pc over the past 3 weeks its just become more and more unstable.

The rundown is, when i play a game it can be any game, ill get a sudden drop in fps and internet lag (these seem to be connected), i know its not my internet lagging me im getting on average 50 down and 21 up.
i have checked all my thermals on the mobo gpu cpu and my hard drives, and theyre all normal even when under load. I have done a stress test on the cpu to see if it was somehow throttling to see if the issue was with the cpu and nope everything checked out fine.

i have attached 2 short clips of cs;go mainly because you can see the fps and internet ping together and its just easier (keep your eyes on the "fps" the "var" next to the fps the ping and the "sv") as i said earlier it seems that my fps dropping and the lag spikes are somehow connected.

my specs are
cpu- i5-4460 @ 3.20GHz

gpu- palit gtx 1060 3gb

ram- 2 x 4gb crucial @ 1333mhz

if you guys could help me, that woulds be fantastic

Does it (except of course for the network lag) happen when the network cable is not connected?

I suppose running a boot time virus scan (e.g AVG) cannot hurt.

And, along the same lines, you might want to try something like this to see where the resources are going. Haven't used it myself, so I'm not exactly sure if it can be reliably run while gaming but it's worth a shot. Besides, you could still profile your system while it's idle to see if anything interesting comes up.
