Help recovering old microSD card

FaiL___

Hi all, I was just going through some boxes and found an old microSD card from about a year or two ago. I was going to see if I could format it and use it again, since my drone's 4GB microSD fills up very fast, but when I plugged it into my laptop, it is registering it is there, but I cannot do anything about it, not even format it. Please have a look at the image to help. The terminal is just blocking the serial number. Cheers in advance.

Might be bricked. I did this to a USB drive and the same thing was happening. Just throw it out.

Fair enough, gonna try formatting with Rufus, but if that doesn't work, out it goes

It's not that big of a loss even if you can't get back into it. I tried literally everything to get into my USB and it wouldn't work.

Hello FaiL___,

If it is still readable you can try to recover with Recuva and hopefully find oldie files in the card: Free Download

As to the format with Rufus, try formatting in exFAT since that's the format optimized for these types of memory cards.
