Yes, that's a good deal. To buy one new they're about 100 euros.

Run something like CrystalDiskInfo or Samsungs own tool (can't remember what it's called) to check if it has any hours on it if you think he's lying about it being unused.

Edit: The 960 Evo 250GB is rated for 100 TBW (Terabytes Written) and has 1.5million hours mean time before failure. As long as it works when you get it, I wouldn't be too concerned if it's showing that it has some hours on it. Just give it a wipe and you're good to go.

And shit hahaha i almost never ask for the warranty but oh well, it isnt the first time ive bought a pc part without asking for the warranty
