Possible keylogger?

After incorrectly typing in a URL, I accidentally searched up "lul.net" and encountered a misleading page that told me to update Adobe Flash. I closed the tab immediately, but after watching one of the new Techquickies, I'm not quite sure if the site could have given me a keylogger. Is it possible? I did not click on anything, I just accidentally visited the page. 

 

 

Didn't see anything in Task Manager and CPU/GPU performance doesn't seem affected.
