HD 4600 Graphics

So i have a 4770K and it has HD 4600 graphics and sadly i have to use that while my GPU is RMA'ed. Can i overclock the integrated graphics and if i could would i maybe be able to achieve 35fps at 720p, low details in games like Battlefield

no, for internal graphics the best way to get more fps is to get faster RAM, and overclock the cpu

Higher RAM and CPU speed will help a little but it won't make a huge difference, especially on something like BF4.

Overclocking the CPU doesn't do anything to the graphics

He has to use Intel Extreme Tuning Toolkit to OC the iGPU.

I wouldn't risk overclocking your igpu because there isn't a big improvement seeing the link that @brob provided. I would just tone down the settings and resolutions to get better performance until you get your gpu.
