HDMI buzzing when hovering over csgo

On my triple monitor setup, if I have csgo open on one monitor, and I have my cursor on the monitor with csgo open, the HDMI audio starts buzzing. I have an HDMI hooked up to a receiver which sends it to a third monitor.

 

Edit: the audio only buzzes when moving the mouse while over the csgo window or when I have the csgo window active.
