I build my first PC few days ago...

I have problem with the Ram that I bought (F4-3200C14D-16GTZR).

I bought it in mind that I can run it at 3200mhz...

It all started when I saw the AUTO speed of 2133mhz in the bios, I changed it to 3200mhz...

The PC sometime (usually 15-120 sec after I launch a game) crashes with a blue screen, it because the APU (R5 2400g) support 2933mhz max.

Ok, I changed it to 2933mhz, still pretty good, not a big deal.

Than another problem occur, the PC still crashing once few hours but without blue screen, it just stop sending signal to the monitor and everything else is basically frozen...

I discover that the ram is set at 1.2 volts (2933mhz) when it rated at 1.35v at 3200mhz, so I guess that 1.2v is not enough for 2933mhz.

Asus x470-F doesn't have an option to change the voltage of the memory so now I'm back to 2133mhz, now I play with lower frame rate in games and sad face.

It looks like the memory speed that G.skill said is acutely Overclocked (linked to their website: https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-3200c14d-16gtzr), I don't really like to overclock stuff but if it doesn't void the warranty i'm fine, which if it does I already void it...

So right now I'm super mad, I'm very unhappy with the ram speed and I don't want to get crashes and I don't want to keep it at 2133mhz.

What should I do?

should I buy other memory kit and return the current one to Newegg?

is there are way to change the voltage of the memory?

How the hell Tech Deals were able to run it at 3200mhz and I don't?

That board should definitely have an option to change the DDR voltage.

Is it called "DRAM Voltage" in the bios?

I can change it, it didn't had dropdown menu so I thought I cant change it.

What voltage should I run it at for 2933mhz without killing my ram over time?

At 2933mhz & 1.2volts it crashed once few hours on average.
