Speedfan not working

Speedfan used to work but now it when i go to the chips it doesnt show my motherboard but only my hdd

What Motherboard do you have? If you have an AMD board and updated the BIOS, that is why. Truthfully, Speedfan is out of date, horribly.. last release is June 2016 so its going to continue to stop working on systems going forward. The only one that does the same functionality I have found is Argus Monitor.

Can you control system fans with it? Not just GPU.

Also, it's not free.

Everytime I launch PUBG my SpeedFan goes nuts and looses track of everything in the system. Only GPU temp works properly but all CPU cores start to report -27°C.

Yes, it's pretty outdated.

Yes, it's pretty outdated.

Yes I know its not free, but its really the only option out there software wise that will allow you to control case fans based on GPU temps and not CPU temps which is the feature most used with Speedfan imo.

I am testing the Argus Monitor right now and so far it looks to be so much better and more intuitive than SpeedFan... I may actually buy the licence. I dont like that I have to renew it after a year or smth...

Yea, Truthfully, if I wasnt 100% water cooled now, I would have bought it as its really good and truthfully, probably worth it for the info and monitoring you get from it.
