Recommend a Router ($70 below)

I need a new router as I feel our current router (Asus RT-N12+) is having a hard time with number of devices (6-13max) connected to it.

I am currently looking at the following:

I only have at one laptop connected to it (high bandwidth usage mostly due to downloads), a ps4 (fortnite and such). and the rest are smartphones most would be running youtube.

It would be a greatly appreciated bonus if said router is has a usb slot for network storage so I can share media files to other connected devices.

I'm from the Philippines but great deals from Newegg ph, ebay.ph and Amazon jp is welcome.
