Black screen for 5 seconds

So lately I've been having a problem where both my screens go fully black at random times, then i see some random pixels with colour, then the programs that were open become white but when closed its all normal. It all happens pretty quickly and I think that something in my pc might be dying. Thanks for helping me.

This is not BSOD.

This is not BSOD.

Check your connections from the GPU to the screens first, then I'd DDU and then reinstall the graphics drivers.

Just checked the connectors, thats all good, dont know what DDU means and will reinstall drivers later.
