Know what actually, mostly low-stream gaming. CSGO and what not.

need os/monitor/peripherals? just games like CS:GO or with AAA games?

You might wanna check out this video 

Its a used xeon that can game for only 16 bucks 

Motherboards for that xeon are usually pretty cheap
