What are you checking them for?

 

As far as malware goes, Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro are usually recommended.

 

Windows 10 has a built in reset feature, so nothing additional needed for that.

Device Manager will let you know if something isn't working properly, and Control Panel will let you mess around with the different settings for each device and configure them.
