Computer Booting But not posting

My computer was working fine until I tried to install a second gen ryzen cpu and then it wouldn’t post but it would boot and stay on a black screen. I’ve tried To post with old cpu and still no luck, I tried to flash but it won’t and I’ve cleared cmos and still no luck. Any suggestions ?

Specs

Ryzen 5 1600/2600x

zotac 1060 6gb

Asus Prime B350 Plus

16 gb g skill flare x @ 2400

antec 500 watt

I'm pretty sure you might have to update your bios or something because older motherboards do not support the 2nd gen ryzen cpus (someone correct me if i'm wrong i'm intel scrub lel)

You are correct but I put the 1600 (first gen) back in and it would boot but still black screen/ no post

Can you clarify what you mean by it boots but won't post. Are you saying it will boot into the os but not output to a display. Where does the screen go black?

No there is no slash screen, just a “no display” output on my monitor, sorry
