Spilled juice on mobile phone

My friend spilled juice over his mobile phone. He try to dry it to restore it and he restored it all in functional state except power button. When his mobile go to stand by mode he can only wake it by connecting charger to it. Is there a way to switch buttons by software, let say power for volume up? Or something else?

It is Lenovo A2010, it uses Android 5.1.

Fixed it with Volume unlock app. It swaped volume for power button.
