charging Phone won't charge please Help !!

My phone won't charge, Help !

My phone is Xiaomi Mi Mix

I bought the phone like 1 year ago

 

So I tried to clean the port

Change cables

Change power brick

Change power source

Still ..... The phone won't charge

 

However, if I plug the charger when the phone is turned off it will charge.

Then of course I turn back the phone to use it.

But when I unplug then replug the charger when the device is on, it won't charge again.

 

So Everytime I want to charge, i need to turn off the phone first

 

What happen to my phone ??

I read it, but I'm confused because my phone is USB C and the pin is perfectly okay

Check what default mode your USB is in, under Developer Settings

To enable developer settings, go to phone Settings > System > About Phone

Keep tapping on Build Number until it says developer settings enabled

Go back to the System page, enter Developer options

 

Find and make the following settings:

• Android debugging [disabled]
• Select USB Configuration [Charging]

Now try to charge your phone again. 

It still doesn't work

 

Maybe the "bent pin" from the link you gave me is located around here ?

Its unlikely to happen to USB-C ports

Sorry I have no idea whats causing the no charging issue

Might be better to ask in the respective XDA forum, where almost everyone there has a Mi Mix

Not many people is using my phone, but alright.
