3000 euro car

Hello. Thinking about getting a second car so my spouse can get to job in time. It's with in city border. Predicting no more than 20 km a day or  about 15 miles a day. The budget is 3000 euro and the obvoius choises are Renault Clio or Ford Fiesta or possibly Mazda 3 or 5. Any advice?

It would seem it's where it all goes these days but I forgot to mention certain fact. The kids also must be delivered to their respective establishments...
