Can't access floatplane anymore

Not exactly sure where this topic goes so forgive me if its in the wrong place.

 

As of 3 days ago I can no longer find the floatplane forum on the LTT website. Usually this means a bill didn't go through so I checked my bank transactions and...

 

... 2 bills went through within the space of 3 days.

 

I still don't have access and I don't know how to regain access without resubscribing and sending a 3rd bill through. Can anyone help me with this?

Have you tried logging into the actual floatplane website and accessing the videos from there? https://www.floatplane.com/

I did try logging in to the FP website with no luck.

I'll have to wait to hear back from support.

Yeah, the email is only real support if your subscriptions go through actual website.
