Camera won't open Honor 8

Hey everyone. So lately my phone has been acting weird and my camera just won't open for some reason.

I've tried:

Rebooting

Factory reset

Clear cache

Clear defaults

 

In the video you can see what's going on. 

If anyone knows what's happening, hmu.

I've had the phone for about a year.

I know nothing about the phone, But a quick google told me the internet is cluttered with people having camera problems the only real fix i found was factory settings.

 

Restore to factory data

The most drastic solutions in most cases are the best, if none of the methods listed above were to function then the last solution is the one to start from scratch your device.

To do this go to: Settings> Backup and Restore> Factory data reset and follow the procedure.

To restart the terminal will be like new and almost certainly the fault is gone.

I've tried both soft reset and hard reset no luck on either one i've googled and tried other stuff too but still no luck

Just tried it, but unfortunately nothing thinking about going over to ios instead

Hmm, mi mix 2s seems worth it. I'll look into that, thanks ?
