Black Screen on Boot Windows 10

Hi all, I've been having a ton of problems with my Windows 10 install lately. Now it is refusing to boot. I get to the windows splash screen, but then a black screen afterwards. I don't mean an off screen, since the back light is still on, but the PC is displaying a black image. I don't want to reset my computer again, so any help would be appreciated. Safe Boot gives varying results.

 

System Specs:

7600K + H75 AIO

Asus Z170i Pro Gaming

2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666mhz

WD Blue 500GB SSD Boot Drive

WD Black 500GB HDD Storage Drive

Nvidia FE 1060 6GB

Corsair SF450 PSU

Daily Driver: Redmi Book Pro 14 - Core Ultra 7 155H | 32GB/1TB

Primary Desktop: NCase M1 - Ryzen 7 7800X3D/RX 6950XT | 32GB/2TB

Travel PC: Fractal Terra - Ryzen 7 5800X/RTX 3060 Ti | 16GB/1TB

How long have you had this issue for?
