Hey,

so I just got an RX580 Nitro+ a few days ago. Now, I didn't have a GPU which had Boost Clocks before, so I can't tell what could be wrong, and my efforts in searching and googling stuff haven't done much.

What I've done and found out:
-Applied +50% Power Limit

-Undervolted a bit

-Uninstalled 3rd Party Overclocking Tools (didn't reinstall drivers though)

Before you ask, I am in Boost BIOS. If you look at the GPU-Z screenshot, you can see that the default clock is at 1411MHz - the advertised boost.

However, looking at the reference specs of the RX580, you can see that the boost clock is 1340MHz - the one I'm reaching.

In the Silent BIOS it's at 1340MHz.

Also, if I use Sapphire TRIXX and set my GPU to Power Mode and then back, I can see it achieving the 1411MHz for about 10 seconds, then it drops back to 1340MHz.

I have two suspicions:

either my BIOS is messed up, or Afterburner/TRIXX broke something.

Anyone have an idea or a solution?

Just for the sake of clarification, are you measuring the clock under the load or at idle?
