rgb How does RGB work?

I don't know if this been covered, but How does RGB work?

RGB takes the main colour components (Red Green and Blue) and is able to configure those colours (By you selecting the button or stating it to do so) into the colours it needs to be. Similar to mixing paint really.

RGB fans usually come with multiple RGB LEDs in the mounting case, usually on the sides of the case and that projects the light onto the fans making it seem like the whole fan is lighting up.

 

Generally RGB controllers adjusts the power on each of the three channels (red, green and blue) to create a specific colour mix.
