Problem: webpages 'take too long to respond' in Google Chrome. Other web browsers (edge & firefox) work fine!

I can play games without any problems. (internet speed test shows: 410Mbps down, 40Mbps up, 14 ping)

What did I already try?:

- Windows troubleshooting.
- Reinstalling google chrome.

- Resetting network settings.

- Changed my DNS settings to: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
- Turned of Hardware Acceleration in Chrome advanced settings.

- Tried to refresh some things using command prompt, because other forums told me it might work. I don't know what it was exactly.

Strange things I noticed:
- After using some of the methods I read on forums, my chrome browser seems to work fine for maybe 3 or 4 minutes, the problem will come back and I will not be able to load pages anymore.

- It occurred after reinstalling windows 10

- I can use google chrome on my phone and other devices while using the wi-fi.

If someone knows a solution I will be so thankful because I can't seem to fix it myself! (sorry for English mistakes, I am from Holland)

I am not using a VPN. And yes, it does happen in almost every webpage, although sometimes 'smaller' websites seem to load a little bit faster so I don't get the error: page takes too long to respond. There is a blue loading circle on the tab showing the page isn't fully loaded yet tho (for a very long time)

Mm but it seems to work on other devices using the same network? I also turned off the windows firewall without success.

I could give it a try tho, but I have never blacklisted it, and it happened after a clean windows installation (it used to work fine before!)

I am not using a VPN and yes it happens ALMOST in every webpage.

Smaller websites without a lot of content seem to load faster, and not giving me the ' took to long to respond'  error, but there will be a blue loading circle on the tab, for a very long time. (I don't know if I send the message for the 2th time now but i'm new to this forum and I thought I failed up the first time :P)

pages like youtube don't seem to work. Tried pages like blizzard.com, also taking ages to load.

Wow. Never really seen this problem that much unless you have a potato PC, which I assume you do not.

LMAO. Maybe reinstalling Win again might solve it. But if the problem still persist, Firefox is not as bad.

hahahhaha, no xD. I Just bought a gtx 1080, and a new ssd so I wanted to move my windows to my ssd.

After this process the problem occurred xD. I installed everything again.. don't want to do it  over again but maybe its the only solution. r.i.p me

You mentioned that you disabled extensions, have you tried completely removing them?

Do you have any third party antivirus or security software installed? Does the same issue happen if you generate a new profile in chrome? Does the problem remain with Chromium too, or does it only affect chrome?

Hey,

I tried to remove them already. I have no 3th party programs installed. The problem occured after fresh windows instalation (first thing i installed was chrome, but without succes). I will try chromium. What is it exactly? Microsoft edge amd firefox do seem to work but i hate those interfaces. Im used to chrome.
