Cpu usage problems

My cpu usage is very high i have an i5 4690k 3.5ghz overclocked to 4ghz and my cpu is water cooled, im running a windows 10 and westerday i was playing everything was normal but today my games were lagging and whole pc is a bit slower

First thing you need to do is open up task manager and see what is using the CPU

its using 50% of the Disk, i'm assuming you have 2 disks, Windows is probably either indexing your drive or scanning for viruses, give it a few hours and it should die down

my computer have been running for like 4 hours now and its still the same

Open Virus & Threat Protection and check if it is running a virus scan right now
