HyperX Cloud IIs Issue

My Cloud IIs are having an issue where when plugged into the USB 7.1 Hub sound will only emit from the left earbud. This can be semi-fixed by turning on the 7.1 mode but it lowers audio quality significantly. Changing USB ports, driver reinstallation, firmware updates all did nothing, but switching PCs corrected the issue and my phone can play audio through the 3.5 mm audio jack fine.
