can i play online ps4 games on a pc?

hey guys im not really into consoles im more of a pc gamer but i do wanna play the ps4 games but is an Emulater that can run all the ps4  games from my playstation library and play ONLINE ps4 games with my friends with either a mouse keyboard(keymapping) or a default ps2 or ps4 controller? because i put every fund on a gaming pc instead of console

There are no PS4 emulators right now. Probably won't be for at least 10 years as they are insanely hard to make. no you can't connect steam to your ps4. Unless your on a game that has cross platform play you won't be able to do anything.

There are a few game you can play cross platform.

Running one game in the other however is pretty much impossible for now. Since as a rule of thumb is it takes 10x the power to emulate something.

That should work as long as the games supported. Although you'll have to live in the right place as it's a streaming service.

There's a free trial so nothing to lose.

The ps4 is in the cloud. So he would only need a DS4

It's different from in home streaming.

it still doesn't really fit what the OP is asking and the amount of people than can actually use it at an acceptable ping (especially if playing online) is very low.
