Need help with old hardware, i5 2400 compatible mobo

Hello, I have an intel i5 2400 but no motherboard for it. I saw the Intel DQ67SW. 

It has:

 

micro ATX socket LGA1155

Chipset Intel Q67

Supports Intel Core i3, Core i5, Core i7 generation 2

 

The CPU needs the 1155 socket to my understanding and this one seems to have it. Is this a good fit? It is really hard to find such an old motherboard that is compatible with this socket. This is the only one I found on the market. Will it work?

if you wanna go real budget, look for a Dell Optiplex 990 motherboard, they took 2nd gen i5/i7's and the motherboards are micro ATX and theyre all over the internet

note that with this, you will need to remove the backplate or get a CPU cooler that screws in instead of mounting through the board holes

Wouldn't the Intel DQ67SW work? because that one is around 40 bucks and on stock. That's why I am asking

Money isn't a problem, the stock is. Ebay doesn't deliver to my location. The Intel DQ67SW is the only one that I found and the Lenovo-IS6XM.
