mouse sensitivity changes by itself

Have a weird one for you guys.  I have a corsair M45 mouse and windows 10.

 

Sometimes after a cold boot the sensitivity is very high and sometimes it's where I left it at shut down.  Sometimes during games (mainly CS:GO and FPS) the sensitivity will just go up. No particular event triggers it, I'll just be playing and all of sudden I have to adjust the sensitivity down again.  I do this using the onthefly controls on the mouse.    Also it changes sometimes when I am browsing the internet.  Again there is no observable trigger, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.  Also it only goes up, I never have it adjust itself down for what ever reason.

 

Any Ideas as to the cause would be appreciated.
