Fans?

What are all the different fan technologies? (i.e. Sleeve Bearing, Ball Bearing, ect.) What is the quietest one?

I'd say some of the quietest fans would be E-Loops, Nouctuas, and Silent Wings 2.

^ The guy above said it all. I personally prefer noctuas to any others but the ones he listed are all good.

Most if not all the quietest bearing technologies are based on proprietary modified sleeve bearing designs.

In my opinion Noctua cannot be beat!  The downside is they are pricey and some people don't like the color (I happen to think they are nice!).  If you're looking for less expensive with LED options and still a quality fan I would go with Enermax (they also make high quality PSUs).

Noctua makes great stuff, I think the color actualy goes really nice with gold components, and of corse tan.
