microsoft cc++ error

I got my new xbox one controller for pc, since i wanted to play some emulator games. At first the controller didnt work. So i had to go to device manager and set it up. 

Then everytime i restart my pc i get this error message, ive tryed googling. The CommandPrompt command doesnt work, ive also tried downloading the cc++ from microsoft website. Any suggestions ?

did not fix it.
