no internet connection

installed my new motherboard (asus b250f gaming), installed windows and i have no ethernet, nothing in network and sharing adapter settings and no network interface things on device manager. help please

Do you have any Wi-Fi PCIe cards or USB adapters you can use? Without those and/or Ethernet, you can't do much. Assuming your motherboard doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi.

could be a driver issue. Need to download them to a usb anf go from there. One of my machines has no Ethernet till I get the drivers

i went on asus website and got drivers but after 5 mins of installation it came up with error message but i do have a dvd so i will try that after work. thanks

Look for a DVD inside your motherboard box, or go to your manufacturers website and select all your motherboard models, and look for drivers. Go under Network and select Ethernet or whatever is related to internet connection.
