What os version?

in 17.10 and newer there is no unity, its gnome, so don't use unity tweak tool.

Restore backups.

Solution

until that gets solved you could change your desktop enviroment to something else or reinstall the enviroment.

*Intel atom n455

*1 gb ram

*480 gb storage

*intel learning but its not teaching
