Looking for multi in/out device

I am looking for a decent preamp of some sort that has a 2 in 2 out rca setup.  I would ball out and get a schiit saga, but I can't justify the $350+ for it.  The inputs are my schiit modi 2 and a phono preamp, while the outputs are a headphone amp and speakers.  Any decent quality solutions for around $100 max?

I would look at the Nobsound Pre-Amp or the Mackie big nob, but you will need some adapters. On the Nobsound XLR to RCA for one set and on the Mackie 1/4in to RCA for all.
