Looking for a switch like device

Not a Nintendo Switch.

 

I'm looking for a switch that can let me use one tower to run two very different sets of peripherals. I have a racing simulator setup with 3 screens on it. I want to be able to switch from that setup to a desktop setup on the fly.

 

i.e: I finish playing a round of Asetto Corsa and I need to do actual work on my PC. So I want to be able to use a monitor on a desk with a keyboard and mouse and not have to worry about that monitor being like a fourth screen in the AMD eyefinity display group. Is there any sort of like HDMI/DVI switch I can use or something?
